Our trailers are in excellent condition. The double bed area on top of the trailer is 3.87 msq, the tent area on the ground is 5.6msq giving you a totally enclosed tent area of 9.5msq with an annex of 9.5msq out the back. There are 5 windows and 1 door all fully screened in the tent area.
